AI CoworkerTerms of Service
These terms apply when you use the AI Coworker desktop app, the AICoworker Browser Relay extension for Chrome, the website aicoworker.net and the online services that belong to them (together, "AI Coworker"). AI Coworker is provided by Neurons AI ("we", "us"). By installing or using AI Coworker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. The software and its license
The AI Coworker software is source-available under the PolyForm Perimeter License 1.0.0. That license governs how you may use, copy and modify the software; where it and these terms differ about the software itself, the license applies. For commercial licensing (hosting it as a service, bundling, white-label) contact us.
2. AI agents act for you
AI Coworker runs AI agents that can act on your behalf: reading and writing files, running commands, sending messages, and working on websites in a browser, including your own Chrome when you install the Browser Relay extension. You decide what the agents may do, and you are responsible for the tasks you give them and for what they do with the access you grant.
- AI models make mistakes. Review important results, and supervise actions that are hard to undo, such as payments, deletions, and messages sent in your name.
- On tabs an agent uses in your Chrome, the extension shows a frame and a Stop button. Use it whenever you want the agent to pause.
- Only let an agent use accounts and websites you are allowed to use, and follow the terms of those websites.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AI Coworker to break the law, to access systems or data without permission, to send spam, to harass or harm others, to infringe someone else's rights, to get around security or anti-abuse measures of a service, or to interfere with our online services or other users.
4. Third-party services
AI Coworker connects to services run by others, such as AI model providers, messaging platforms and websites. You need your own accounts or keys for them, their terms and prices apply to your use, and we are not responsible for them. Usage you cause at a provider is billed to you by that provider.
5. Online services and the AI Coworker Store
Some features use our online services, such as Remote Access, agent sharing and the AI Coworker Store. You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Items in the Store are published by their authors; paid items and any refunds follow the terms shown at purchase. We may change, limit or stop an online service, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
6. Your content
What you create with AI Coworker is yours. For content you publish through our online services, you give us the permission needed to host and deliver it as part of that service. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
AI Coworker is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output of AI models is correct.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Neurons AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of AI Coworker, including actions taken by AI agents you run. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use AI Coworker after a change means you accept it. You can stop using AI Coworker at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 7 and 8) remain in effect.
